Swapping?

Am i going to swap my current task with another different task? How good i am in that field? How can i manage it? Do i capable to handle it? Gosh! Too many questions in my mind currently. Absolutely i feel so shock with this rumors. Even though i don't want to think about it but this kind of question keep my mind stress.
